Our sourdough pizza bases have guaranteed a best before life of 7- 10 days upon delivery (when kept chilled).

To get the very best shelf life out of our pizza bases, we recommend storing the pizza bases refrigerated in their case or even better, in a air-tight container! This will have a significant impact on the shelf life!

Yes! The pizza bases can be frozen if necessary.

Yes! The pizza bases can be cooked from frozen although they may take an extra minute or two!

However for best results, we would recommend to thaw first as this will make them easier to handle/ top and cook more consistently.

Yes, our pizza bases are vegan friendly!

Yes, we provide next day delivery as standard for all orders placed before 11am.

Please note currently deliveries are only made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

All orders are sent via DHL next day delivery service and packed within accredited temperature controlled packaging.

Despite having a excellent delivery success rate, we cannot guarantee or be liable for any errors or unforeseen circumstances made by our courier (DHL) such as delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.

Absolutely not! You can order as much or as little as you like when ordering from Doughboys Pizza!

If you require an order of more than 10x boxes of pizza bases, we advise that customers let us know in advance to ensure we have sufficient stock for your order.

You should also note that we use a parcel delivery service, therefore large quantities may incur delays as they can often be grouped together as a Bulk Pallet Delivery instead of parcels.

For large orders it's advisable to discuss your options with a member of our team ahead of placing an order.
