Our multi Great Taste Award-Winning pizza base uses locally sourced Italian ingredients including sourdough starter and Italian flour stone ground onsite before undergoing an extended 24 hour fermentation process resulting in a delicious, light pizza with a crisp base!
These pizza bases are completely hand-stretched in Italy before being par stone baked and sealed fresh for delivery!
Once delivered our pizza bases are ready for you to simply add the desired toppings and bake in as little as just 3 minutes in a pizza oven. Alternatively use a standard oven for fantastic result in just 8 - 10 minutes.
Packaged in pouches of 5 pizza bases (4 pouches per case) and sold in a case of 20 pizza bases.
All bases have a refrigerated BEST BEFORE life of 7- 10 days upon delivery. Previously frozen and suitable for re-freezing.
