Classic Margherita
Our authentic signature sourdough recipe is lovingly made entirely by hand in Italy. All of our pizza dough undergoes a slow proving period before each pizza is individually hand-stretched and hand-topped with fresh ingredients including 100% Emilia Romagna tomato pulp and fior di latte mozzarella. Our pizzas are then traditionally stone baked and immediately blast frozen to lock-in the freshness. You just can't beat a classic!
