Doughboys Signature 9" Italian Pizza Base.

Our signature recipe is our most popular pizza base made in Italy using 100% natural, high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. This unique recipe undergoes an extended proving period before each base is stretched by hand and stone baked, ready to be topped!

This is a traditional Italian recipe resulting in a light, thin and crisp base! (The same recipe is also available in a 12" pizza base size!)

Once delivered our pizza bases are ready for you to simply add the desired toppings and bake in as little as 2 - 3 minutes in a pizza oven. Alternatively, use a standard oven for fantastic results in just 8 - 10 minutes.

Packaged in pouches of 2 pizza bases (14 pouches per case) and sold in a case of 28 pizza bases.

SHELF LIFE:  

This product will arrive chilled with a refrigerated BEST BEFORE life of 10 -14 days upon delivery. | Previously frozen and suitable for re-freezing.

STORAGE:   

Keep refrigerated (+4°C / +39.2°F) | Suitable for re-freezing.
