Doughboys Original 11"/ 28cm Sourdough Pizza Base
These delicious premium & award-winning pizza bases are made using sourdough from natural liquid yeast. Our Original pizza dough undergoes an extended 24 - 48 hour proofing process, resulting in a unique, delicate and authentically thin pizza base.
Each base is hand-stretched and stone baked in Italy, before being packed in modified atmosphere packaging
Our pizza bases are ready for you to add your customers desired sauce and toppings and bake at 290 - 320°C in as little as 3 minutes in a pizza oven. Alternatively bake in a standard/ domestic oven at 220°C for fantastic results in just 8 - 10 minutes!
Packaged in pouches of 3 pizza bases and sold in a case of 24 pcs. Note, the product contains a plain foodservice label.

SHELF LIFE:
These bases have a minimum guaranteed best before shelf life of 10 days upon delivery.

INGREDIENTS:
WHEAT flour type '0', water, sourdough 40% (water, WHEAT flour type '0'), purified sea water 5%, iodized sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, preservatives: sorbic acid, propionate calcium; natural aroma of olive oil.
